Friendly and helpful
Even though it was quite late in the afternoon and the branch only had 2 staff, Lin was very helpful and made booking my holiday a breeze.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Member of staff who helped us book trip away was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble especially as we we're not sure where to go. Definitely recommend them.

Our experience was excellent
our experience was excellent. We had gone into the branch for possible holidays to the carribean and the young lady concerned sent us e mails with the details of 3-4 possible holidays. We looked through the quotes and looked into the hotels. We then found the same holidays for less money and when we went back into Hays the young lady looked up all holidays to the hotel we liked and found the holidays cheaper and so we booked the holiday with her help. She was very helpful, pleasant and professional and saved us money.

Brilliant
Natasha was fab. We had a lot to look through and help deciding what was best as one traveller is disabled, so we took a lot of time and didn’t feel rushed, great experience and we are very happy on what we manage to book and looking forward to it.

Aimee at the Totton Branch, spent time and patience with me to find a holiday as near as possible to my requirements, e.g. price and destination.
It is many years since I used a travel agent to book my holiday, it gave me confidence that sometimes is missing when I book online myself. I definitely think I will use them again.
