Natalie, was fantastic, showed exactly what we were looking for and helped us book it with the agent straight away. By the time we had got home, she had sorted a hotel and parking for the trip night over in London, safe parking for the car.

I was recommended to use Hays and haven’t been into a travel agent for a long time. It was a very different experience than previously. I felt there was no personal interaction and I could have achieved the same online.

Excellent service
Excellent service, hisband is disabled so the assistant made all the necesary enquiries so we didn't need worry about anything while in the shop, gave us lots of advice and any alterations we need to our booking due to my husbands condition i can contact our local travel guide anytime.
