Diane was amazing today, we had no idea where in Tenerife we should go, she gave us loads of advise and so patient with us, she found us the perfect hotel, in the right place, with an excellent view of the sea. We booked it there and then. Excellent service, walked us through the booking process and we came home happy, absolutely wonderful service.

The team at Birchwood are always very welcoming and helpful and seem to go above and beyond to find the perfect holiday. They are also very quick to pick up the phone and call the tour operators direct to clarify if its not clear in the brochure or online. I wouldn't go anywhere else to book now. Bev, John and the team do a great job.

The staff member went through the booking process with a friendly and efficient manner also a younger member of staff came over to learn more and also put the hays travel app on my phone most appreciated.

Dianne is very approachable and uses her professional skills to ascertain what will meet our needs and then uses her willingness to work hard to make all our arrangements with holiday providers.She makes the booking process so wonderfully easy.

I emailed the Birchwood office to ask when Joe was there I received a email back off a staff named Bev to say Joe would be in the next day we went the next day to see Joe he knows what we want and need to make our holiday as always he greeted with a smile Holiday all booked Thanks Joe
