Natalie who booked my ticket was very helpful , pleasant & knowledgeable about the travel . She booked the ticket to Canada with the dates I wanted & back . I would definitely go back to Hayes.

Bev (Assistant Manager) was superb. Once again, she demonstrated a professional courteous approach to our request. Her product knowledge was extensive and we were sorted out with our first river cruise together within minutes.
