I found a cruise on the Internet but wanted the security of Hays Travel to deal with it. I've always gone to Hays Travel for my cruises as they are so supportive and only want the best for their clients. Wendy at West Bridgford Hays Travel was so helpful and answered all my queries. She made sure all the assistance paperwork for my friend was done correctly by talking to her personally over the phone. I always feel safe with Hays Travel because they go the extra mile for their customers and Wendy certainly did this for us.

I am a little annoyed that the emails are addressed Chris when my name is Lesley.
The fluctuation in overall cost of the holiday was small but frustrating.

The best travel agency for great service in West Bridgford, Nottingham in my opinion.
