we wanted a last minute coach holidayneeded 2 single rooms,very difficult to obtain,howver emma was amazing,founf us a holiday we liked and our seperate accommodation.She went to great lengths to achieve this and we couldnt be more grateful,second time Hayes has come to the recue,
