Cannot praise highly enough the staff at Hays, Bournemouth. Always extremely professional and efficient, with the most welcoming and pleasant demeanour. Would not go anywhere else.

Have used Hayes Travel for various holidays. This is our first cruise so found the help and information given on accommodation, location, dress code very useful. They are always friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would not go anywhere else.
