Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who made the booking process easy. Much more help and a better price than going through the cruise company directly. She followed up any queries immediately and was very informative and helpful in choosing the right package for us. We would definitely use this company again to book another holiday.

Paula was extremely helpful and came up with some things I hadn’t thought about. She also dealt with paperwork for me. Very knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. I intend to use this office rather than go online which can be frustrating, particularly when you can’t actually speak to a person.
