Having tried booking online, my friend and I resorted to Hays Travel, Westbourne. We experienced professional help, courteous behaviour in a warm, welcoming environment and Skye was a pleasure to deal with. She found us exactly what we wanted, sorted, booked all done with a smile. Very pleasant experience
Skye was very patient with us as we had no idea of where we wanted to go! 3 females all wanting slightly different things! All the staff joined in to assist and it was a very funny experience. We found the perfect holiday and paid in full on the spot. Now we can’t wait for the day to arrive when we set off!
