Chloe was amazing, she has helped us to plan a bespoke trip for our Silver Wedding trip. Nothing was too much trouble and she has made sure all flights, transfers, main excursion, cruise and hotels are sorted. Amazing! Thank you 😊

We always like to use Hays Travel White Rose. The staff are always really helpful and friendly. I have usually found where I want to go online then use Hays to book our holiday. They print everything out and offer to help with checking in and print out tickets. Fabulous service from here.

Great helpful staff
We have used Hays Travel over the last few years to book our holidays. We keep going back to them because the service is brilliant. The staff are really friendly very efficient and nothing is too much trouble. The booking service is quick and easy. Would recommend them to anybody.

Fantastic Friendly Service
The lady that helped us was so patient and understanding. We gave a very long list of our requirements and she managed to find us something that fit perfectly. As my mum has mobility issues she also came up with some great suggestions of places to go and what would be best. She also managed to find us the perfect holiday way under budget too. She definitely knew everything about the places we wanted to go too, very knowledgeable. We were in there for quite a long time with 4 young children too and her patience was appreciated. Would definitely use Hays Travel again.
