Luke was great booking my flights to go to Brisbane in September to see my family. He found me the best flight times / the shortest and good prices to with Emerates.
He also sorted Special Assistance for me throughout my flights both to and from Brisbane.
He was very knowledgeable about flights to Australia. I’m always pleased with the service from all the staff at Hays White Rose. Wouldn’t use anyone else for my holidays.

Ella the rep was a lovely person who dealt with my holiday request and she was so good at her job and put me at ease with the way she explained things about the process I will definitely be using hays travel again she is a credit to your company
