Visited our local branch with a rough itinerary, provided with a thorough and detailed package within the expected timeline, able to make amends quickly and now have the exact package we were after.

Staff were very helpful on booking a cruise for my disabled husband & I. Gayle was excellent taking time to explain all necessary details clearly. She even rang
cruise co. regarding queries that we had about pickup when joining & going home. A few days later we had a more queries regarding health details form & again Gayle sorted it quickly. Many thanks to Gayle & staff at Whitehaven office we would definitely recommend them to friends & family.

Removed the stress
Gayle was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me organise a holiday for 13 ladies. Numerous quotes for various locations and we managed to sort a date out that suited everyone. Removed so much stress for me.
