Gemma was excellent at booking our short break to the Isle of Man! Very patient cheerful talked us through the arrangements and cost! Also informed us of an extra trip we could book if required!! She made our trip away sound fantastic! And I’m sure we won’t be disappointed! A throughly professional experience! Never disappoint with Hays Travel and exceptional staff!!!!

Gemma at Whitley Bay was brilliant as always! We wanted a holiday to Mallorca at short notice and it was sorted out for us promptly and efficiently. We always go to Hays and would have no reservations about recommending them.
