This visit was to enquire about getting annual insurance cover for holidays I had previously booked with Hays. Debbie greeted me as always and talked me through the options, with the help of Darren I purchased the annual cover. While I was there I also booked a 2 week holiday for 2027 , Debbie was helpful and cheerful as are the whole team

It was nice not to have to navigate all the cruise companies myself. The Hays travel staff are experienced and can offer advice and make comparisons. I needed to make a booking for a multi-generational party of seven, so finding something for everyone was not straightforward. It was helpful to talk everything through before making a decision.

My friend and I recently booked a Travelsphere holiday to Italy through Hays. Darren dealt with the booking for us - he’s booked our two other upcoming trips as well - and he was as friendly, helpful and efficient as he always is.
