Great service
We spoke to Trudie on the phone and she remembered us when we went to the store the next day. She managed to get us a great deal on the holiday we had been enquiring about including free parking.

Amazing service
Amazing service, it’s my first time using a travel agents to book a holiday. The lady was so was lovely and very helpful. I got a really good bargain, would use hays travel again.

Holiday insurance
I saw Chloe on my first visit and she was amazing and extremely helpful. I don't know who I saw the following week but I didn't realise until then that the insurance cover would be so expensive due to our ages. Apart from that my experience was a very good one and quite straightforward. I won't be worried when I book my next holiday with you
