We have now booked several holidays through Hays Travel in Wombwell. The team here are always knowledgeable and professional, and the booking process is always easy and stress free. On a recent bucket list holiday to Australia... which commenced 2 weeks after the start of the Middle East conflict, all of the team went above and beyond to make sure that our holiday went as smoothly as possible. We had changes to our airline, hotel stays and transfers due to the conflict, but thankfully, the whole team made sure that everything was taken care of. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, our 5 week once in a lifetime holiday was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and we honestly can't thank them enough.

I had previously booked a single person escorted tour to USA with fantastic service from Nicola at the S73 branch, I'm new to using Hays Travel so due to this I booked to go to Lanzarote with a family member, they even matched the Online price on the day saving me £40, every little helps towards my holiday etc, I felt I got a good personal service and all questions answered, all this to go in a few weeks time.
