Because i have used Hays many times before and never been let down, Nicola was able to book the holiday, enter all my details, paid and all the relevant paperwork done ready to download in less than 15mins. Another great experience
I always book my holidays with hays and it always Ian that books them for me. Ian always goes through every detail with me and is always very helpful.

Excellent service from Keeley today - friendly, professional and she listened to what we wanted from our holiday and offered suggestions - everything was explained to us clearly and nothing was too much trouble which made our visit today really enjoyable - we were open to ideas and recommendations which is exactly what we got - Keeley made several phone calls / looked online to enquire if certain holidays were available and found the perfect holiday to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in 2027 that suited me and my husband - thank you Keeley at Wombwell
