Booked a holiday over the telephone with Cara and found it a lovely, personable straightforward experience. I saw a holiday online and I really didn’t have the energy to travel into the branch. I felt I got first class service without it being a face to face encounter. I have used Hays in the past and will continue to do so, I always find their expertise invaluable and all the team are so friendly and never make you feel a burden. Thank you Cara and team 😊
