I was met by Sabina who immediately…
I was met by Sabina who immediately knew the hotel I was looking at. She took me through the flight and room options and I chose the ones that suited me best.
Sabina then ttold me about seat bookings, caar parking and the private ransfer that was needed. She was most helpful and gave me all the options and costs associated with them. I booked there and then. Haays and Sabina cannot be faulted.

As we weren't too sure that wasn't easy.!
