Popped in on the off-chance of a little break somewhere in UK in July. As usual I leave things till last minute!! In no time found me an 8 day break in a hotel in Devon on the seafront. Lovely, friendly service and no pressures.

Amazing customer service
Our experience was great, me and my friend have never booked a holiday before so thought it would be best to come in and get advice and help booking. We were made most welcome & the service was 5 star+. My husband passport would of been out of date but help was given & they renewed the passport on line for us after telling us where to go for the photos gave us the address to send the old passport to & to get it signed for. assistance was also booked for us. This is the reason we use Hays Travel. Rebecca makes it so easy & stress free

Personal service was what we wanted for booking our first ever cruise for next year so we wanted to be able to ask questions and get advice. Hays were very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to communicate with the cruise operator directly. It made booking it easier on this occasion. Very helpful staff.
