If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is unprofessional and knows nothing about the products customers request. I asked direct questions when attempting to purchase an IUL policy and no-one seemed to be able to respond. They chose a policy for me and were just quick to have me sign rather than explain and provide me with options for parts of my policy that I am actually supposed to chose. I worked with the agent who's name they don't want me to post. He continuously called me throughout the day when I already explained I am at work, was slow to respond to my emails and provided minimal information, or had someone else do it. I was totally confused the whole time as to who even WAS my agent. I just remember getting phone calls and emails to sign my policy daily. Terrible service!

I used HealthIQ to identify a replacement for a work-sponsored term life policy. Saved money over the work policy, so that goal was met (bar was pretty low as that policy was way overpriced). Had asked about scheduling activation of the new policy to avoid an overlap with my prior one and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. After contacting HealthIQ again, a few months later, once my work policy was set to renew, they gave me a higher premium or the choice to date the policy back to my original inquiry. Meaning I ended up duplicating 4 months of coverage just as I’d been seeking to avoid. As I’d already opted not to renew the work policy, I felt pressed to move forward. Frankly, I don’t know how much more I paid than could have been the case, or if I got a market-competitive price. Could have searched more effectively without HealthIQ and regret I engaged them.

I was helped very efficiently and with a lot of knowledge imparted to me by your representative who are very much appreciated due to her personable and very patient attitude throughout our conversation. She completely and comprehensively described everything.

I'm a "repeat" customer of HealthIQ. For the past 3 years, I have turned to HIQ for guidance regarding plans and rates. This year Pedro Peter Goderich did another splendid job serving my needs. He was knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and patient. The only complaint I have has to do with the administrator who read for 20 minutes the legal mumbo-jumbo. I had extreme difficulty understanding her words because she didn't enunciate clearly plus it was so long and meaningless. She asked me, as she is required to do if I understood and agreed to the blah-blah-blah she was reading. I quickly said yes just to get her to move forward. I was told her part would only take 5 mins. That was not accurate. Other than that I had a great experience with Health IQ
