Delivered on requested date, great secure packaging, everything was really cold and product dates all great. Definitely recommend and brilliant free cookbook as well. Will be re-ordering again as a few of the products I can’t get my in local supermarkets 👏👏👏

great products at good price..really well packaged with fast delivery.. I have been struggling to find my favourite Heck burgers in the supermarkets.. I found Hecks site while searching on the net for the items I wanted.. really happy I could put an order on directly with the company... picked my items and delivery day and it was that easy... (ordered on a monday and picked delivery for wednesday) products turned up early on wednesday morning.. really well packaged.. all had good dates and very cold due to the 4 large icepack which were still frozen solid...Will definitely buy again...Thank you to everyone at Heck for the brilliant service..5 stars all the way... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived on time packed with plenty of ice packs which were still frozen solid.
Have loved Heck products for many years as did mum as they are all so tasty and moreish.

I was very happy with my delivery which was well packaged and had good dates on the food . I ordered the chicken burgers after being disappointed that you can’t buy in Tesco anymore but buying online was fine

First time I had ordered from Heck I love their products but find it really difficult to find in shops especially the mince and burgers. Received my order on time very well packaged, and a fabulous cook book of which the recipes are brilliant. Really please will definitely be ordering again

First of all IMHO, Heck are the best sausages out there. But our local supermarkets don't reliably stock all the range so will def order online in future. Have just received first delivery by courier. Very carefully packed with an excellent free recipe book. Customer services are lovely too.

Heck chicken mince is 75% mince and 25% nonsense. Fried it and it turned into an amalgous sludge. Had little to no flavour.

Great on-line order & delivery service - excellent packaging & prompt delivery. Pricey courier delivery costs offset by inclusion of lovely Heck recipe book. Lovely surprise...

I ordered a mixed bundle of meat & in the box there was a opened pack of meatballs with 2 of them missing! The company did reimburse me though.

Great product delivered quickly

Ordered for the first time on a Tuesday, a 5 pack bundle of sausages for a party I was hosting on the Sunday. Delivery was meant for Friday. Friday morning I got a message from DHL saying the delivery would be delayed by 24hrs.
I contacted Heck and said I wasn't happy to have fresh sausages that had been sitting in a depot for an additional 24hrs and could I have a refund. Heck were very apologetic and refunded me with no problem.
There was, however, no goodwill gesture or similar to make up for the disappointment, and inconvenience of having to source another supply of sausages at short notice. I totally understand the delivery fault lies wholly with DHL but the lack of acknowledgement other than a refund, for a first time customer, seems to fall a little short in my eyes. I didn't even get offered my "10% welcome discount" to use again on another order, so I lost that too.

The sausages finally arrived on the Monday. I put them in the food waste recycling.
