Hgv Driver Training Centre Avis

Do not trust this company
I was lied to from the start by James I told this person that I needed to do my course over a couple of years due to my job and that I work 6/7 days a week and i was told that this would be fine so I parted with £2297 only to find out you had to do it in 12 months i was not sent out any paperwork for my medical or provisional i was never told that you only get 2 months on your medical so I then had to pay another £130 to get another when I asked for my money back i was told its been over 11 months so your not getting anything
THIS COMPANY IS ONE BIG SCAM

Very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would strongly recommend their services.

I recently completed my HGV category C training with this school and had a very positive experience. The instructors were extremely professional, supportive, and patient. They took the time to explain everything properly and helped me improve my driving skills step by step. The training environment was very comfortable, and the trucks were in good condition. Because of their excellent training and guidance, I passed my HGV category C test successfully. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for quality HGV training.

From start to finish the HGV driver training centre were brilliant. Sorted everything out and kept in touch at each stage. Having good luck messages was really nice too.
Highly recommend there services. Many thanks
Iain

Great company to deal with. Wide selection of training centers. Can get you booked on to your training and tests in quick time. My local training center let me down with long lead times, so if your prepared to travel to get your training and tests done, the I recommend these guys.
Constant communication and support was awesome also.

Good communication and scheduling for my training and training materials

Passed my class 1 first time with the HGV driver training centre, hadn’t even driven a van before so that shows how good the instructors were. Office staff very helpful when I needed to change dates for my theory test.

Great experience. Felt supported before I even signed on! Communication throughout was perfect and made everything easy to understand and prepare for all the elements of the process. I passed first time! Wasn’t treated any differently and always with respect. I passed first time! Highly recommend:)

Easy process to follow, always someone available to talk to if needed and made the whole process smooth and stress free

Was a extremely seamless experience.
Support was provided along the way, every time support was there when I needed it.
Carolyn was an absolute star, she was with me every single step of the way providing me with all the support I needed, when I needed it, a big thank you to Carolyn.
The driving school where I was sent the instructors wore absolutely amazing.
A massive thank you to Dan, Sheamus and Gary.
I have successfully concluded my course of C1 C1E C CE, with my thanks to you all that supported me.

Really happy with everything the team we’re always polite and friendly on the phone and everything was promptly organised

I think the continued follow-up on preparing the student for the task ahead is great.

Online is much better than classroom based. Less travel time makes the day feel shorter. Plenty of breaks and a mixture of seasoned haulers and new drivers. Highly recommend. Trainer delivered in a relaxed maner. Didnt overwhelm the new drivers. Good mixture of experience in each course.

The communication from this company was excellent at all times. They simplified the process as much as anyone possibly could. Every member of staff I dealt with over the months of progression was knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly available. I found the price to be very reasonable as it covered just about everything and gave peace of mind along the way as everything was organised for you. I passed each stage as I went along so did not encounter any retest fees etc. As a result, what I paid on day 1 took me right through to being fully qualified and ready to start work which is easier said than done when complying with DVSA legislation. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to make the switch into the industry for the first time or seeking a hassle free way to get all your driving qualifications up to scratch.

Be warned the driving lessons pass quickly, My one criticism would be that the length of the physical driving course should be a day longer, especially for someone who's never been in an artic before. I contemplated booking a few hours of lessons separately in the weeks before the intense course and I kind of I wish I had. If you dont take to it very well the test can be upon you before you know it. I was lucky and had a fantastic Instructor for my last two days and he got me through the test successfully. The driving schools themselves are separate companies to this agency so people are bound to have different experiences dependent on where they end up doing the physical part of the training. If it's your first time behind the wheel of an HGV I'd recommend just a few hours driving and reversing to get a feel for the vehicle before starting your intensive week.

Planned 3 months to get my HGV License and with the help of HGV Driver Training Centre this was achieved.
They were very helpful, transparent, polite and quick to promote my training to suit my needs.

Their online training for theory and hazard perception was superb, you do have to put the time and effort into passing each stage as this is all part of your learning plan, they have brilliant advisors who are there to help you every step of the way.

A massive thank you for your support and guidance on my journey to gaining my HGV License.

Passed my cat C HGV test first time thanks to HGV Driver Training Centre. The training was excellent from start to finish. The instructor was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, which really helped build my confidence. The course was well structured and focused exactly on what’s needed to pass. I’d highly recommend HGV Driver Training Centre to anyone looking to pass their C first time.

Made the whole process getting my licence quick and easy, always available when you needed anything, overall a good experience from start to finish.

HGV Training Centre had a good understanding of each step needed to qualify as a driver. They have planned and arranged each stage of the process, including short notice bookings for tests. The companies they use for training are all capable and the experience is great.

Great communication with Carolyn
And the crew..helped all the way through the duration of the course.
