I have been with the firm under three different names but the team remains reassuringly the same. The annual test is very thorough and professional and explained easily so you understand any changes. I have upgraded my hearing aids after 5-6 years with my previous ones. There was no hard sell and after trying them they are so much better than my previous set. I would recommend them to anyone.

I think it would be difficult to improve the service unless things rapidly changed.
My only concern is the cost of hearing aids. I am an elderly pensioner & money is tight, so having to fork out thousands of pounds is hard.

Last week l attended my yearly checkup at Hidden Hearing (Deal)
I wear double hearing aids, first camera in both ears to check wax and everything is ok then full hearing test to check for any alterations.
She then cleaned my hearing aids and added new plastic wires and updated hearing aids on computer.
I am over the moon with the service Hidden Hearing gives me l don’t know were l would be without my hearing aids and the great service
