I've just had delivered a bed and headboard for my spare bedroom. I had to get another Highgrove bed in my opinion, as the one I bought for my own bedroom is fantastic quality. That one I've had a few years, and it's still immaculate and I get a great night's sleep every night. Cheers all for a great product at reasonable prices.

I am extremely happy with my end opening ottoman bases. The quality is excellent.
I wish i had bought them a long time ago. The space they provide is fabulous.

In less than 8 months this bed is insufferably soft and saggy, never was the same standard of manufacture as the show model in the retailers showroom (we chose one firm and one soft mattress and reclining bases). I chose a firm mattress as I have medical issues but sleeping on this thing is leaving me in agony every morning, no support in it at all. Retailer sent out their third party assessor who of course ruled in their favour and said there is nothing wrong with it. An utter waste of money, it's like trying to sleep on a giant blancmange. I am 12.5 stone and wife is 9 so its not like we are even big people.

Wow finally sleeping good again. I’ve been suffering with back issues for around 3years now. It’s not till I was referred by a friend to try a certain mattress from highgrove beds. My god am I impressed. The quality off the mattress is second to none and the sleep I’ve been getting is worth the world to me. Thank you Highgrove Beds you’re the best!!!

I have purchased my second High Grove Harrington Ortho divan set the mattresses are superb comfortable and great value for money i would highly recommend

Finally sleeping properly again
After putting off replacing our mattress for far too long, we chose a Highgrove mattress from our local bed shop. It has made such a difference. Supportive, comfortable and no more waking up with a stiff back.

This revised and updated review and rating, is based on the exceptional customer service, which was received from Highgrove Beds, in response to the 1 star review that I posted on Trustpilot not so long ago.

I can truly say that their determination to resolve the issue, that was outlined in my initial 1 star review, exceeded expectations to the point where I was overwhelmed by how helpful and considerate they were.

Without question, I can say that dealing with the company, has been one of the most pleasant experiences that I can remember, when having to make a complaint.

It’s safe to say that Neil Robinson, the person who reached out to me via my Trustpilot review, was instrumental in making the whole process dare I say it, enjoyable even. At no point was he ever unpleasant when speaking to him over the phone or communicating with him via email.

In next to no time, a replacement mattress was speedily arranged for delivery, albeit it a different one, as my sister was reluctant to have the exact same type.

I can’t thank him enough, for the time and effort that he put in to make the experience of complaining to Highgrove Beds a pleasant one.

In light of all of this, I would recommend them highly as a company, who go out of their way to help to resolve any issue that you may have with a purchase from them.

Really pleased with this mattress so far. It feels supportive but still comfortable, and the quality seems very good. I’ve been sleeping well on it and it feels much better than our previous one without being too firm. Delivery was smooth as well and overall it feels like good value for the money

Really quick delivery and lovely mattress

I have had my ambience latex 2000 mattress for about a year now and it is quite simply the best mattress I have ever slept on. The delivery was quick and the quality is superb.

It's been a couple of weeks since I received my new Highrove Elements Hybrid Mattress. My quality of sleep has improved markedly in just a short time. Needless to say, I'm really happy with my new mattress.

Bought the Somerset Pocket Mattress from my local store. After my old mattress anything would be nice but in all honesty its fantastic- had some really good nights sleep.
