Paul came over today to help me with my broken washing machine.
He was nothing but helpful since the second he walked through the door, explaining everything he was doing and left the place immaculate after.
He sourced the problem within 5 minutes but continued to do an in depth inspection on everything regardless.

Have had HAS Ltd help us out on several occasions with equipment breakdowns and most recently purchased, and had fitted, a new Bosch microwave. The engineer was most charming and spent a great deal of time showing me the ins/outs of the new machine. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and it would be my first port of call for any new equipment I intend to purchase.

Highland Appliance Services is an amazing company ! Our fridge stopped working suddenly , and they were able to deliver and install a new fridge within 48 hours. Especially impressive as we are on Skye! Great service and communication.

We had an excellent experience with Highland Appliance Service. From initial call-out to a broken dishwasher (which mice did irreparable damage to) to sales and delivery of a replacement, the prompt, professional and courteous service and quality products offered by Highland Appliance Services was excellent!

I have used HAP many times over the years and have never been disappointed. I ordered a replacement microwave by phone through very knowledgeable ladies, followed up by a stress-free fitting from Scott, their excellent engineer. Highly recommended!
