Had a really good experience with this garage. I needed a tyre replaced and was able to reserve online. Turned up at the garage and they instantly started work and had the tyre all done in less than 20 minutes. Good price and no hidden extra costs.
Fantastic service and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff at Bath branch. In complete contrast to kwik fit and protyres where staff were unfriendly and disinterested. I'd definitely visit hiq again.

Absolute life savers
Absolute life savers! Literally! Took my vehicle to them to get advisories done. When I went to collect the vehicle I was shocked to be shown and told, that my car should have never left the garage that I’d had the MOT done in ( different garage in a different area and a different company) as the car was not road safe due to a broken shock absorber. Due to having a toddler, there was no way I should’ve been driving this car. They were so understanding- Steve Cloke made sure I had a seat to sit on and assured me they would sort it out- despite being fully booked. They stayed true to their word and managed to fix the car within a couple of days- showing me the bit they’d removed. Absolutely amazing team of people. I can not thank you enough. You truly have saved our lives.
