Professional and quick.
Booking online was easy. Phoned on the day to fix a time rather than the time of 12.00 to 17.00 offered when booking. 2 tyres fitted within 45 min. of arrival.

Excellent service - again
I have been coming to HiQ for many years and the service and staff have always been excellent. This year I could only get to Halfords for my MOT - an awful experience from start to finish. I booked my car in today for some repairs and Ray and the team have again been first class, saving me nearly £700 in the process. Thank you 🤩

Excellent service
Discovered flat tyre when leaving hotel in Chester this morning. Having put temporary spare wheel on dropped into HiQ Chester to see if they could repair puncture before heading home to Gloucester. No problem, all sorted within 30 minutes - friendly and efficient at a reasonable cost. If lived locally would certainly use again.

Due to a family bereavement I forgot my appointment. I turned up at the garage and they did it immediately . Wonderful service levels

Very easy booking system
Very easy booking system, no payment required in advance, very accommodating staff, pleasant on arrival at 8am, text message to tell me the tyres had arrived the previous day, and a text message to inform me that the car was ready for pick up.
Prompt attention when collecting the car. Even though I’m not local to Chester and I was only working there, I would highly recommend HiQ Tyres. Great service thank you

Really friendly and helpful staff, especially after being let down by National Tyres. Helped me in choosing the right tyres,and fixing my puncture. Really grateful for everything. We will definitely use them again.
