I suffered a puncture on my motorcycle…
I suffered a puncture on my motorcycle and needed an urgent new tyre on a Saturday morning. Carl at Hi-Q was recommended to me. Carl was brilliant. Ordered the tyre and had it in stock by Friday afternoon. Carl booked me in first thing Saturday morning. I arrived early but Carl dealt with my tyre immediately. Very friendly and professional service. Not only did Carl change my tyre but took it upon himself to clean the bike wheel at the same time going over and above. I don’t get this service anywhere else. Very impressed and I will use Hi-Q Gosport again. Carl even advised me on my rear brake pads almost needing replacement. Thank-you.

Visited my local HI Q for a puncture repair, was able to fit me in next day at specified time , and car was fixed within half an hour , great service

Attended here out of the blue due to a puncture. Carl and the staff were very welcoming and relaxed where nothing was too much trouble. They were able to get the tyre done very quickly and at a good cost. The reception is a bit small but it was so relaxed I struck up conversation with two other customers, who also rated this place. This is the second time I have used this site and I would recommend it for cost and customer service.
