Friendly and efficient service
Really simple online booking for 2 front tyres, then gave me the option for any add ons I wanted and a good selection of dates and times. It is the first time I had been to the extended reception area, which was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Friendly and very efficient service. Very happy

Really good service

Cracking service all round.
Can’t quite understand why online prices and ordering can’t be matched in the workshop, but not a big deal.
Managed to order 9 tyres when i only wanted 4, but Dean was quick to pick that up and ordered exactly what I wanted.
Very clean and tidy customer area in the new location, cracking service all round, made even better by the Goodyear gift card.
Will be back soon.

Smart new premises
Smart new premises with large airy waiting area. Immediate attention at reception, pleasant, informative & helpful staff. Tyres fitted really quickly. All felt very covid safe. Well done HiQ team. I have always used this business & will continue to as well as recommend it.
