Excellent service from the team at Helston, who went above and beyond to get my brakes and suspension coil fixed on the same day, at short notice, enabling me to safely journey home. They kept me informed every step of the way, gave a clear quote on the work to be done, which was very reasonable and were professional and courteous from the initial call to the final sign off. Thank you to Treve and Tommy, you saved the day for me! Highly recommended.

Had a Black circles Tyre to fit. all performed and also put my spare on, all professionally carried out . Great service, straight forward and on our way again, definitely recommend.

We broke down opposite hiq in Helston. Desperately needed new crankshaft pulley and drive belt. HIQ took us in as an emergency. Went above and beyond and got us back on the road within a matter of hours. Utterly superb 👌 thank you!!!! Mike and Jim

Incredibly helpful Manager at this branch that put me in touch with another company in Helston as his branch was unable to help due to prior appointments.

Unfortunately the company opposite this branch had a very rude, unhelpful member of staff that waved me away from their shop.

Thankfully our local ATS treats customers as valued members of their business.

Having gone to the Helston branch of HiQ with a small problem with one of my tyres (which was repaired promptly and properly) I then booked my car for its MOT and service. My car failed its MOT but the staff sought the part that I needed and repaired and serviced the car asap. They informed me what was needed and though it was a “big” job, they dealt with the repairs efficiently. The whole staff treated me in a friendly and professional way and I trusted their expertise. I will definitely return to this branch again!

What an amazing business.Our car was tode by the AA to HIQ Tyres and Autocare,Helston,Cornwall.They were on it straight away and got it fixed.Great communication every step of the way.The car is running better than ever thanks to the technician Glen who has done a fantastic job.When we went to get the car was greeted by the Manager Treve who was very friendly and professional.I would recommend this business to everyone.Such a warm,friendly and professional autocare service.

I wanted to acknowledge the great standard of Service I received from Treve Wills and his team on Thursday morning.
I had an issue with a tyre losing pressure, and they got me booked in quickly that morning. When I arrived, they dealt with the issue promptly, explained the potential cause, and checked the other tyre pressures. With a 300+ mile journey home, it was a great comfort to know all the rubber was A1. Fully recommended

Great service, very helpful staff who gave really good advice.

Very quick, efficient service, one necessary part was ordered 'stat' and arrived in record time, the car was ready before i expected it!

You said there was nothing wrong with my car after plugging it in as the engine light was on. I got a second opinion and it needed a glow plug replacing. You charged me £65 to tell me there was nothing wrong when there was. I will never use Hi-Q again.

His team of mechanics is top-notch – knowledgeable, friendly, and super efficient. They took the time to explain what was needed and made me feel confident in their work. HiQ Tyres & Autocare Helston were absolutely phenomenal in getting me back on the road. Both of my front brake pads started critically failing on a day trip to Cornwall, and their team got me seen to within just over an hour of first making contact with them. They were very busy with other customers, so the fact we got seen to that quickly was very much appreciated, especially as we were 2 hours away from our home in Plymouth, which in itself was a nightmare. Treve in particular was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Couldn't have asked for a better service given the circumstances we were in, thanks again!
