HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Shrewsbury Avis 

The team have looked after my car for a few years now and I was in on Wednesday for a free health check on car. The man in front desk ( think he's the manager) is great and explains things and particularly patient with the oldies. I would highly recommend this branch, many thanks for great service. I have already wrote one review but because I am being ignored by customer services I’m writing another one because I cannot believe the same issue is going on nearly a month later. Ever since my car went in for a tyre change it has not been right. I have had to take the car back into the Shrewsbury branch 3 times now, even had the regional manager in to check the car to make sure something wasn’t being missed (which they found something!). But yet again a week on and the lights back on as soon as I hit the motorway. I don’t trust this garage at all and the customer service is horrendous. The thought of driving around with something potentially wrong with my tyres with a 6 year old in the car is very worrying. I will not let my complaint drop even if customer services do ignore me I’ll just take it to next level.

Best price in town for a quality tyre. Service was speedy and an overall pleasant experience. It pays to shop around.

I purchased two tyres online (via ASDA) and was provided a choice of shops for the tyre fitting. I chose HiQ (Shrewsbury) based primarily on their close location and great reviews.
Their shop is very clean, both the work area as well as the customer waiting area. I had two tyres replaced on my Freelander 2 and had one rim serviced as air was escaping (albeit slowly). The work was excellent and the customer service provided by the friendly staff, particularly Stuart was superb. Highly recommend and would use them in the future.

Can't thank Stu, Tom and Luke enough. Arrived at pretty much closing time after a bolt got stuck in my tyre but they were kind enough to replace the tyre there and then even though it meant them working late. Have used here regularly and will continue to do so, thanks again guys

The Depot manager was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Work was carried out quickly and was done by himself. A+++++

I had excellent service from the staff particularly the manager after calling
in with a puncture on my Skoda that had just happened.
They were very busy with staff off but went over and above to fit me in and replaced 2 tyres and carried out a wheel alignment.
Highly recommended !

Took car into Shrewsbury depot today for a slow puncture/leak from a front tyre. I know some other tyre companies would have taken the opportunity to sell me a new tyre by saying it wasn't repairable. Instead they quickly diagnosed a leak at the rim and repaired it for a very reasonable fee. They also sources a rear rubber for the back windscreen wiper. Stu at reception was exceptionally courteous and professional. A number of customers came in whilst I was waiting and all were dealt with in a similar polite and efficient manner.

My car had developed a slow puncture on the off side tyre. I rang HiQ Shrewsbury to arrange a time for the repair. I spoke to Stuart, who was very polite,and immediately gave me a choice of three different times to suit myself. The mechanic Jamie, was very efficient,and completed the repair speedily.
I was impressed with both Stuart's and Jamie's enthusiasm. For this reason, and the reasonable cost,I will definitely be returning for future repairs to my vehicle

We had a MOT at HiQ in Shrewbury. Their service was excellent. Stu on the front desk was friendly and attentive and the workers all seemed friendly and helpful.

Called at Shrewsbury branch for a health check. Speedily completed and very comprehensive by Stuart. All ok but will need tyres in the near future and based on the efficiency and pleasant attitude I've ordered them. Premium tyres but seems to be very reasonable price.

Had my car MOT'd this week. I was served by Stuart in The Bell Garage in Shrewsbury. He was excellent, polite and attentive. I could not have had better service. Thanks Stuart.

Very pleased with the service I received. I am naturally very anxious when visiting places like these, but all the staff put me at my ease. They checked the tyres, agreed that only one needed replacing (my anxiety, in part, stems from historically being forced into more work that is needed due to by lack of knowledge).

Jamie, in particular, was very helpful and went out of his way to help with some other, small issues I had.

It did take slightly longer than I thought it should, but that is a very minor niggle in the grand scheme of things!

I have had two cars at HiQ Shrewsbury within the last few weeks for four tyres each. The tyres were fitted very quickly while I waited. The first car had TPMS issues which was reprogrammed, this car had been elsewhere to resolve this without success. The second car had a bearing problem which was sorted enough to get me home. The tyres were all perfectly balanced. I had to drive 40 miles to get to HiQ and that was really worth while, good prices with a great team of people.

Very helpful, especially as the tyres were very difficult to remove on my motorhome, due to them being inset.

I usually use the Bridgnorth outlet but this is much nearer home. The service was friendly and pretty efficient. Glad that masks are still required in reception area. The tyre was fitted promptly. I shan't bother with Bridgnorth again.
