Booked in to get my air con re-gassed
Booked in to get my air con re-gassed. Got there 10 minutes early to be told it would be at least an hour & 30 mins before they could get to my car 😲 what’s the point in having appointments slots if your not keeping to them might as well say just bring your car in we’re get to it when we get to it lol. So I left my car there waiting for a call to say it had been done heard nothing for 3 hours 30 mins before they closed I rang them to be told it was done an hour ago but no one thought to let me know so I could come, pay & collect my car 🤔
UPDATE
Don’t go to HiQ garage took mine to them yesterday was told it was completely empty, it held pressure and filled up with no problems or leaks and was blowing nice cold air. Went to work this morning put it on and was blowing hot air so in 10 hrs it all leaked out. Rang them up to complain, at least get them to inspect the system or get a refund to be told it must have a leak in the system and it wasn’t there problem funny as you said it held pressure and there weren’t any leaks. So I’m £69 down and still have a hot car.

Reception friendly
Reception friendly, efficient and polite.

Brilliant service . They did not have my tyre in stock but they went and picked mine up from another site rather than wait three days for a delivery . Always had great service from Worcester Team.
