everyone was extremely nice and helpful. the service at the tills was amazing including pleases and thank yous ; which is highly unlikely nowadays! i was super impressed!

Brilliant in-store gig from The Divine…
Brilliant in-store gig from The Divine Comedy. Counter staff were extremely helpful and security team were mostly very jovial - appreciated the team taking photographs during the album signing too (some of the team didn’t seem to appreciate how long the gig and signing went on though - I hope they were well rewarded for their overtime! )

I bought an album and a ticket for the…
I bought an album and a ticket for the signing, I arrived with my son and ona lady told me, one album allows one person to enter. Is this some kind of joke? If I wanted to sign the album and I will come with 2 children, I would need to buy 3 albums, really.

Friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff, well run event.
The carpark next door is a bit pricey but it is next door! There are plenty of others nearby.
Highly recommended.

Came to hmv today to meet mimi webb…
Came to hmv today to meet mimi webb with my daughter. The security guy was brilliant. Asked about taking a selfie with her for my daughter. He said she is very chilled and willing to do it. He was very friendly and even had a chat with us. Very professional and daughter loved the experience.

live event was great as were in store staff didnt like that the only option for payment was paypal, as i dont have it and had to get someone to order for me, why can i not just use apple pay or my card

Kpop shop goes above and beyond
Went to collect a preorder for a new release and the staff were all really lovely. What sets this place apart for me is the Kpop shop inside. They had an event on for said album I was collecting and it was so wholesome and fun. The vibes of the staff member made it even better with her own person touches which spoke about her knowledge and appreciation of not just the group but kpop as a whole.

Excellent service.
Very good service. DVD delivered on time and in good condition. Packaged very well and DVD protected on its journey. No problems whatsoever. I will certainly buy from HMV again and would recommend HMV as a first choice.
