everyone was extremely nice and helpful. the service at the tills was amazing including pleases and thank yous ; which is highly unlikely nowadays! i was super impressed!

Great experience as usual.
Fantastic, couldn't be happier. I was in to get the 4K Blu-ray for Akira Kurosawa's Throne of Death and it wasn't on the self. Staff were more than happy to check stock for me and retrieve a copy. Thanks.

No Communication
I had tickets for a live & signing that ended up being cancelled. I had no communication from HMV about this, I was only notified from my bank that I was receiving a refund. I tried to call the phone number listed on Google and the call wasn’t answered. With no statement from the artist either, even now I don’t know why it was cancelled (or even if it is cancelled) and if it wasn’t for the random refund and my assumption it was cancelled I would still be going.

Polite and friendly staff
Polite and friendly staff at the signing we went to and well organised, even if the band have no time management skills and started late, although as fans we already knew this. Lovely to be able to wait inside in the cool building on one of the hottest days of the year.

Excellent service! My husband injured his leg and was on crutches and you made it possible for him to still attend the Bury Tomorrow meet and greet. You arranged a chair and made him very welcome. They had a great night thanks to your last minute help. Xx
