Helpful staff in store when asking about availability of CDs from a band not on the shelves. Informed of progression of order and told when available to pick up. Easy pick up.

Top notch in store and online
Both in store and online they always have what I want. Staff are engaging. Easy to browse and buy either way too. Competative prices. I appreciate that they use Royal Mail delivery too.
