Satisfied
Went in to pick up a online order. Was given plenty of time to do so and was able to pick it up easily. Item was well packaged, in good condition and the correct item I'd ordered. The only niggle is is that I wish that the pull out poster with the CD had been seperate from the CD booklet, but that's not the store's fault.

I did not receive any parcel
The photo shows it was left on y door step in view for anyone to see I was not hope I put to leave with neighbours or in my shed now it’s missing im fuming the neighbours up the top are drug addicts and I’m sure they have stolen it
Why was it left on the door step

An easy and good experience
Informed of delivery and when I could collect. Dispatch and delivery was quick.
Staff helpful and friendly and item was well packaged and in good condition. The first time I’ve done click and collect and would be happy to do again.

Very quick on delivering the chosen films, and an action packed site with many different choices.
They also notify you of films that may be of interest given previous experience.

Sign post collection point at entrance to the shop .
Would appreciate a bag when collecting.
Record quality of the pressing I have bought is terrible but cannot exchange in the store.
