Exceptional Service
I have been a frequent customer at my local HMV for quite a number of years. I usually order online and have it delivered to store and I pick up. Everybody there is so helpful including Ryan, Mark and Marcus among others. I buy vinyl and 4K UHD films mostly and found HMV competitive on price with a great website.

We called into HMV today at the Xscape…
We called into HMV today at the Xscape near Wakefield. The young lad who served us was unusual in this day & age in that he was extremely helpful & friendly. Other stores we went into the shop assistants couldn’t lift their head from their phones when we walked in. We normally don’t leave reviews but we both thought HMV & their staff deserved our time & effort in leaving one on this occasion.

Staff Helpful and Knowledgeable
The staff were very knowledgeable and having asked for a much older song, they were great with their persistence in finding it and very patient. I got what I wanted and a 3 Cd with lots of great songs I like, plus the one I really wanted. So a great deal for me, thank you!

Staff very knowledgeable
Staff very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I ordered a dvd and was kept informed of the progress of my order from the start, and it came when the staff member had said it would.

Good service
It was nearly closing time, I asked where to find a CD the assistant stopped what he was doing, looked for me,then looked up for stock, ordered it, quick pleasant and not a problem. The CD arrived early too and even with the postage still cheaper than on line.
