Darcie was behind the counter and served us not only once but twice as she pointed us in the direction of a present we might like whilst paying for our items. She was incredibly helpful and polite. We wanted to say a big thank you to her as it turned out to be our relatives favourite present out of the whole bunch!

Great High Street Store!
I have two HMV in relatively close proximity (Newcastle and Gateshead) and they’re my go to high street store if I want something in a hurry and prepared to pay for it - like my Beastie Boys Check Your Head 12” vinyl. It’s very rare I use them online as they’re not that competitive however, I managed to bag Metallica Load 12” vinyl with the DEAL40 summer sale code which made it the same price as Amazon’s lowest. Quick dispatch and delivery for a large retailer, well packaged and arrived safe as sound.
If they were a bit cheaper, I’d buy from HMV all the time….!
