Very good friendly staff
Verygood.young man was very helpful .found me what i was looking for on line and ordered for me.then took me to show me range of stock i mentioned i was looking for.said shop sold them and showed me.actually came from counter took me to thema very good thumbs up for thatx

Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered a dvd from the hmv website to collect in store, and it was quick and easy. Would highly recommend!

Online vs instore
Buying online was so much simpler than going to the actual store! I asked in the store but had very little help other than a woman checking her computer and then pointed to the back wall saying over there? Buying online was great, two days delivery im over the moon

Arrived very quickly
Arrived very quickly. Just gave this to my daughter for her birthday this week. Shes over the moon with it. Much better sound than the last one (brief case record player) shes very happy. Thank you for your service.

It took about 3 days from ordering to…
It took about 3 days from ordering to delivery which is what HMV said they would do. Picked up the product in the correct place with no administration problems. Excellent service.
