A Great Experience receiving The Bruce Box Set.
My wife ordered Lost and Found vinyl version by Bruce Springsteen for my birthday. As we were away on holiday for 2 months, the box set could not delivered to our house. She ordered through the HMV shop in Argyle Street Glasgow.
We received many e mails explaining the release date, updates on where the package was in the warehouse and delivery to Argle Street HMV Glasgow and when we could pick the box set. Very good reception my sales assistant at the shop, very courtious, friendly and helpful.
Overall a great experience.

A quick delivery.
The DVD was quickly delivered to the store and there were no problems with collecting it.

Good sized store although one of the things that could be to have the likes of uhd, blu ray dvds & dvds all grouped together.
Like all the dvds in one section sorted out by TV, film etc rather than at the moment all dvds, Blu-rays & uhd dvd about the store & sometimes have the some the same dvds in different parts of the store.

Released on Friday the 28/3/2025 dispatched on the Monday no information given went to the shop on Thursday it’s been in the shop from the Tuesday no information on collection poor service online but shop assistant couldn’t have been more helpful including the 2 ladies on the till and the manager? Great service in the shop 👍🕺🏴
