Ability to speak to a human being about the album , have a chat about music in general, prompt delivery & to wander around store for ideas for gifts, pick them up examine them.

Didn't have Banarama's Greatest Hits on CD when I called in, but the staff member I saw went out of his way to help, despite the computer not wanting to work. Ordered online and delivered pronto. And several £ cheaper than Amazon!
