Brilliant customer service in store…
Brilliant customer service in store today. Crudge and Martin were so knowledgeable and very helpful...a couple of other members of staff were great too but I neglected to take their names. Very helpful! We left as happy customers, thank you very much.

Buying For Your Eyes Only Again……..
The whole process stemmed from a question I asked of the assistant about a ‘James Bond’ movie, For Your Eyes Only, and whether I could still obtain a copy of the Blu - Ray version in a particular version of the disc box cover art, to match the rest of my set. The assistant carried out an online search, and was able to identify the disc I wanted. I was impressed with the speed of the service, to the extent that I placed an order for the disc right away. The assistant took my details and payment, and assured me that the disc would be in store in a couple of days. I was well impressed with the quality of service provided on the day, and the disc was indeed with me within the suggested timescale. The disc box does indeed match the others in my set, so I was delighted with the all - round good service and care given, which is one of the reasons I remain an HMV customer 😊

When I couldn't find the item I wanted…
When I couldn't find the item I wanted in the shop the assistant looked online found what I required and explained that i could collect from the store free of charge or be delivered at a cost.

I ordered a vinyl as it wasn't in…
I ordered a vinyl as it wasn't in store. It was so easy to do and the staff were really helpful. It was for a Christmas present. I received an email to let me know when it has arrived in store. When I collected it it was protected well in a cardboard sleeve. I was really happy with how quickly it was delivered to the store. I didn't have to wait long when I went to collect. Really great service

Record player The one I went with was a Lenco it’s great love it
I was brought a record player for Xmas and it was faulty. I took it in to the merryhill store it was sorted no problem , I then upgraded the record which was ordered for me and they put it together for me a young girl called Erin a great asset to the company.
