Searched for dvds.
When I visited the store to look for a number of dvds for Xmas gifts I had no idea how to find them in the store, the help I received to locate them in store was great, the assistant was very helpful and I was able to buy 2 and order 1 in store to collect later, I was kept updated by email and went back back to the store within a few days of ordering to collect a third dvd. A very efficient process throughout.
The assistant who helped me in store guided me through how the dvds are stored and catalogued so I could find them myself next time.

Been a bit of a mix up (on my part) needed to cancel online order/be refunded. William dealt with my query by email and was brilliant,quick,excellent communication throughout. The staff in the store were helpful,polite and knowledgable..Thankyou all great team..

Great experience and helpful.
Tried Amazon for this purchase but they couldn't deliver. HMV ordered it and were very efficient in letting me know it was ready for pickup up just 4 days later. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Was able to place an order to collect at the store and not have it posted as i have had bad experiences with mail order records. Very friendly courteous store staff.

I knew what I wanted and it didn't take…
I knew what I wanted and it didn't take long to track it down on the HMV website. Then after ordering it the CD was delivered to my preferred HMV store within a few days and the email communication was spot on.

Order was ok,but more could have been done.The order was good except for the…
The order was good except for the price,which was more expensive than other sellers and the time it took to arrive at the Meadowhall store. On top of this, I had to pay £4 for a decent bag to carry the items in,which I feel I should have been given for free after such an expensive order. Added to all of this I had to bring a passport to even collect my already paid for LPs?
