Release date assistance
Well pleased with HMV went in to their Shrewsbury Branch as soon as I knew there was a new LP for release and the young assistant Archie was most helpful and arranged for the LP to sent to us on the release date. a senior assistant came across to check everything, he was most helpful but didn’t try to overshadow Archie, showing good management skills.
He also advised us of a few other upcoming release dates for groups we might be interested in

I wanted a CD
I wanted a CD. The guy in the shop in Shrewbury's Darwin Centre ordered it for me. HMV told me when it was dispatched and when it had reached the store. I went and collected it. Well wrapped and in good condition. Very happy with the service.

Very good service
The sales assistant was very helpful, they located the Album that was in stock and ordered the one that wasn’t. Their estimated timescale for delivery was spot on and Royal Mail was used who tend to be the most reliable delivery company in my area.
