Lovely service absolutely adore the staff in HMV Shrewsbury. Always super happy and helpful, and always have the best suggestion's on things to be able to watch. Ordering DVDs in store super simple.

I was highly stressed going into the…
I was highly stressed going into the shop in Shrewsbury with a 15-year-old and a 5-year-old, both of whom are hyperactive and neurodiverse. My 15-year-old wanted a record player along with his new guitar, and my stress levels were through the roof. However, the store manager covering that day was amazing. Walsall/Wolverhampton. He was very informative, helped arrange for the purchase to be shipped to our house, and most importantly, my 15-year-old engaged well with him. They talked about their love for music and guitars, and the manager was fantastic with both of them and with me. Despite the stressful day of Christmas shopping, I was happy to return to work the following day!

Order the item through the Shrewsbury shop and all the information given about delivery and collection was correct. Delivered to shop on date said and emails sent about progress of order. Very impressed with service providered.
