Friendly staff
Had to order in-store a game for my son as he had gift cards to use. Simple process in store, friendly staff and received the game in 2 days at home.

I'm a non music old bloke and went to the store to purchase a list of LPs for my neice for Xmas.
I found a couple (of 5) but struggled to find the rest.
I asked one of your staff for asistance, he could not have been more helpful.

The bloke who served me was very helpful but somehow the wrong size was ordered which is very annoying I like to use local shops instead of online although Amazon was £5 cheaper but when HMV can’t get it right I’ve resorted to online shopping again unfortunately
