Great value
I was in your Southampton store and you have such a great selection over there but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so I find it easier to go online to make my purchases as I'm on the Isle of Wight .

helpful staff member ordered for me
went into my local hmv looking for a specific pokemon squishmallow they carry. a very lovely employee searched the online inventory then placed an order for me, offering delivery or pick up. arrived swiftly and in great condition.

From the moment I asked the sales assistant about my enquiry, he was so helpful. Very informative. Friendly. My daughter has learning difficulties and said sales assistant was so gentle and helpful. He made my little girl extremely happy. Dvd came thru post within 5 days

Always loved hmv and the great fast service. My son picked his own choice of dvds and I ordered mine they all arrived really quickly. In store the staff are really friendly and helpful too.

People that work at HMV are always…helpful and nice
People that work at HMV are always helpful and when I order something it always gets delivered very fast. HMV has lots of metal CDs and records I’m interested in having in my collection

Very convenient shopping experience
Very convenient shopping experience. DVDs were ready to collect a few days after ordering. Collection at the store all went smoothly. Saved me having to search for the DVDs in the store.
