We can see this was placed on the 19/12 December and dispatched on 21/12 at the first opportunity.
We aim for click & collect orders to arrive within 2-5 working days of dispatch and we are pleased to see this arrived before Christmas.

When I went into the shop the lady that help me was very patient and I had never had anything delivered from your store but it was quick and easy and was kept in touch about my delivery

Staff were very rude in the Sunderland shop.Unable to
Locate my purchase and when I wrongly ordered the wrong product stated I had to have a gift voucher not a refund so I asked for the voucher to be used against another purchase then told different excuses and told to re gift it which I refused until I insisted it be used against the purchase I was buying also when I asked a member of staff where could I locate Motown albums in the store she told me she did not know what I was on about ,surely your staff are advised what music your store has in stock ??

The cd I pre ordered was realised on the Friday . I did not get it until the following Wednesday . Click and collect won’t be using again .
Staff in store were friendly and polite .

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, record at store well in the predicted time. Great to go to store and collect, no substitute for browsing around a shop with help and suggestions from enthusiastic staff.

The member of staff was very helpful
The member of staff was very helpful. I returned a t-shirt as it was too small and they didn't have the next size up. The staff member then offered to order it for me to be delivered free to my home. Very good service and I have the t shirt I wanted.
