Helpful staff
I couldn't find the record that I needed, I asked the assistant and he looked and it wasnt there, so he ordered online for me. Very helpful nothing was a problem.

Good Service
Staff member in Sunderland shop very helpful as I had scant info of singer and title of CD .But he came up trumps and sorted it re payment and delivery excellent. Will definitely use the HMV shop again.

Very helpful and friendly assistance
Had a great experience at the Sunderland store yesterday. The sales assistant Olivia was amazing, she helped me with all of the products and gave me lots of information to help me make a purchase. I was very impressed.

Your advertising 20 percent of blu ray so I wanted Supergirl complete box set. No discount of. Went in-store they advertising 20 percent of till Monday but they won't order it for me

Excellent service . Staff were able to order what I’d requested and the process was excellent from ordering to collection. The staff were very pleasant and helpful as well as very efficient….
I will definitely shop in HMV again…. If I could’ve given more stars I would’ve….

Great service and customer support. I bought the wrong item by mistake, staff was supportive in helping find the correct item as well as return the incorrect one

There was a problem with the Record Player that we got delivered to to pick up from the store. We returned to the store and explained the situation. We agreed to take a Record Player from the store as replacement, with the difference as a Gift Voucher! Good job!
